A glimpse into the science of energy.
The image you see here is a thermographic photo of my own hands. While training in thermography — an infrared imaging technique used to detect patterns of heat, inflammation, and early signs of imbalance — my instructor, aware of my background in Reiki and energy healing, suggested we capture an image of my hands.

The results were extraordinary: radiant streams of yellow light appeared, revealing energy flowing from my arms through the chakras in my palms. This photo offers a rare visual of the subtle energy that flows through all living systems, something ancient healing traditions have described for millennia and modern quantum physics is only beginning to explain.
It’s a beautiful reminder that what is often unseen is not absent—energy is real, measurable, and profoundly alive within us all.
